Baka Neutral Newbie August 5, 2009 Share August 5, 2009 I have started training hard for the marathon end of year but realised that everytime I run more than 5km, I will have abrasion in upper thighs close to the groin area. I remember in army days people told me wearing bicycle tights will help to reduce this but I have yet to try. Any other suggestions (like medicine applications, etc)? There is also a spray-on version (which must be applied well before you have any abrasions). If the skin is already broken and you spray it on, you will feel like you set your balls on fire. Dun forget nipple shields too. Yes Opsite dressing can be used but it is very drastic and pretty painful to rip off, all your hair will be ripped out with it. How do u get it?? kana before, when you clothing is quite loose and you run, then the clothes will sway to and fro rubbing against your nipples on the way rub rub rub at the end of the day nipple becomes abrasioned. very painful AFTER your run when u go into the shower.. wow feels like nips on fire. anyway dun say nipple abrasion, even butt also can get abrasion when the butt cheeks rub against each other too much.. haiz guess fat ppl like me easier to get ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
