the lamp thingy must have been off by the down draft of the chinook

So obvious that the lighting mounts are badly rusted plus the down draft from the helicopter the lamps broke away.

i wonder who will pay for the hospital bill. maybe the poor guy will sue gahmen for unsafe lamp post.

 

I remember the case of a boy who died from a lamp post that dropped on him. the court ruled it a misadventure. parents cannot sue.

 

should be an interesting case this one.

before that, some kind of committee would be formed to investigate this incident, then ensure such thing wont happen again, then blablabla, contractor kena fine big time, and case closed.
