Question on mobile phone air plane mode

The effects of handphone interference with airplane instruments are blown out of proportion.

 

Some Asian airlines after landing also don't allow passengers to turn ON their phones.

 

If the pilots can't park or taxi the plane to the gate when on the ground, still need to depend on cockpit instruments, something is very wrong with the pilot.

 

 

ha ha ... i also say this... on the ground still need instruments to navigate from landing strip to terminus???? Alamak, open the friggin eyes and drive the damn plane there....!

its not the parking, its the clear radio comm between the air control amd pilot.

 

pilots need constant comm with the control twer for everything. in cases of emergency the control tower needs to tell the pilot to get the plane out of the way.

 

wat if yr bloody cheapo hp is interfering with the radio comm? and there is another plane landing behind yr ass?

 

u all think pilots are over paid ppl sitting in the plane doing nothing ?

lol. u really are a parking idiot? the runway has so many exits and side roads and junctions. U think the pilot can see traffic light or anyhow choose a lane to go to reach the terminal meh? Obviously the control tower directs all the planes to make sure they get to the correct gate and not collide with each other or end up blocking each other. imagine 2 planes come down along the same small road in opposite direction. Must do 3 point turn ah? U think the pilot when reach the junction with the runway, can just check left check right and cross ah? BOOM! landing/taking off plane will KO him.

 

If your planes are like bumper cars bump here bump there also no problem, sure, remove the control tower. remove the instruments. let them bump their way to their gate
