u can buy 1-2 good players to strengthen the team and the core team still generally the same, i dont consider that as buying title. Do u think LA galaxy buy beckham alone can win championship? cannot lah, also must depend on whether the core team can make it or not mah. so for Man City case, the core team cannot make it, so change most of the players
