6k white HID headlights. Fog light is yellow tho.

white look nice only. for better 'cutting' thru the rain or fog, u want yellow lights [thumbsup]

of course, white HID compare with yellow halogens, the HID can still cut better cos of the projector beam (more focused beam) and the higher output [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

i'm pro-HID. for those which comes with stock. not those bad illegally modified ones

Changed my 8000K to 6000K. 8000K heavy rain almost cant see anything on the road. Think most stock HID bulbs come in 4300K if I not mistaken. 6000K is pure white which is the best imo. [thumbsup]

Hmmm, I always thought dat 8k was the most popular one. Went to change my foggies to HID and asked for 4.3k. The installer gave me a shock look, said nobody buy HID ask for 4.3k, all 6k and up. [confused]

(edited)

used to use 8k... v nice... now on 6k

6k and 4.3 the color not much diff... only diff when u look at the headlight....

the projected shine.. .abt same color.

8k is really blue... but fades after like 2 yrs....

become more white.. with blue tint.

nice...

(Applies for projector headlights)

for looks 8k

for practical 6k

for stock LTA frenly 4.3k

for reflector Headlight, pls reframe from using cos its hurting other users... the spread beam.

and LTA not frenly.

esp those H4.... pls dun use... its spread like high low on together... sian....

I prefer 4300k. It's easier on the eyes of other drivers. Sg roads very well lit dun need such bright & white light.

I see ppl use 6000k and above HID on their fog lights which I think defeats the purpose of having them.
