folks,

not sure if anyone can help me on this. During my sec sch times around 18 years ago, there was a fad among the teens where they hanged those small little figurine of a man with neon-coloured hair. The man if i remember correctly only wears a shorts.

Anyone know what's the name of that figurine?

it's a rubber figurine with neon coloured spiked hair. You can style the hair too but usually, we will just make it all standing up.
