You can buy any existing card card from 7-11 and use it. No need to get new IU.

BTW, you can refund your old cash card value from any ATM.

Bloody cashcard cost seem to keep going up and up. Initially a $20 cashcard comes with $2 refundable deposit. Later it became $10 cashcard with $7 inside and $3 card cost. Now it's $5 value and $5 non-refundable.

this is why its call monopolising

theres nothing u can do abt it

same thing abt our telco, power/gas

everytime is all monopolised, so when they raise prices, u LL have to comply unless u r prepared to do without these services

its really too much... [furious]

The deposit inside won't be refunded right?

They should at least do some partial refund when we return them the expired card..

that's nothing. wait till you have another batch of defective cards that need to be replaced and all the $5 non refundable. good money.
