From what I remember the restrictions of just one small approved breed as for HDB is not applicable; up to three dogs may be kept in non HDB properties. But the regulations are up to the management of the condo in question to decide. Some condos might not even allow pets at all.

1. as been said depends on management, most of the time is anything goes or nothing at all.

2. a patio i think?

patio |ˈpatēˌō|

noun ( pl. -os)

a paved outdoor area adjoining a house.

From what i know, not more than 3 dogs. Beyond this, you can call AVA ((i think) and owner will be fined, extra dogs forced to give up.

The private area is called "Private Enclosed Area", and is part of the land belonging to the owner (he pays for it of course).

you can keep any dog breeds in private condo. ^_^

Not true, look at the condo handbook, they will state the breed type

eg, toy breed or below certain size.

The space is called Patio as mentioned.

Dogs? If its not stated in the condo's mgmt handbook or printed guidelines, its dependent on the management committee. In doubt, first person to call is usually the mgmt agent, else the committee chairperson. Other than that, can always ask the condo's guards, they usually know what's allowed and what's not.

like Amortifiedpenguin said, it depends on condo mgnmt. during agm, all the anti-dog ppl can cheong the vote like aware saga and vote no dogs allowed also can. i heard was it bayshore last time they say those with 2 dogs must pay much higher maintenance fee at one point because the mgmt was anti-dog.
