Rio; it has a well proportioned backside.

The interior of the Verna not very appealing; just personal views on it.

Correct me if I am wrong; Verna = single airbag, no ABS?

But the Rio now comes with (optional) dual airbags and ABS.

Given the pricing, go for the Avante or Forte; it's only what, 4 k more?

Yea Agreed. TS should seriously consider avante or forte. Verna and Rio looks v v dated and spartan.

Ya come to think of it, why TS chose btw these 2 cars? The forte for eg has loads more goodies thn these 2. [thumbsup][drivingcar]

Both are basically the same model just that the physical outlook is different. Driven the 1.6 Verna in New Zealand but was called the Accent there. Nice and powerful car. At first was irk by the rental agency for giving me such a small car but it turn out that I was enjoying the ride. Pretty decent and frugal. Good instrument layout, steering feel, engine response, and ride comfort. The only concern is the size of the vehicle which is pretty shaky when you are running beside big trucks or subjected to big winds.

Reading wat you wrote, think both cars will find it comfortable in Singapore. There's not much big trucks and big winds. [thumbsup]
