Wt_know Supersonic June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 (edited) I'm using WFK1018A -> 8KG capacity with 1,000 RPM I also use Bandt dryer too. The only disadvantage of dryer is it shrink the T-shirt especially those that are 100% cotton. Size L -> M+ Size M -> M- And, for some shirt I like it very much after shrinking ... hahaha http://www.brandt.com.sg Hi, My electrolux washing m/c finally up lorry after 5 years.. Babyt 4th Gear June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 from what i heard, top load washer is better..at least to my common sense, top load wont leak...front load may leak if the cover is faulty?
Horsee Clutched June 17, 2009 Author Share June 17, 2009 Prefer front loading cos my dryer stacked on top of it.. No choice due to space constraint.
Wt_know Supersonic June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 (edited) when i did my little homework what washing machine to buy, my findings was front-load beats top-load hands down. http://housewares.about.com/lw/Home-Garden...-is-Better-.htm the only disadvantage for front-load a. more expensive -> this one depends on each budgets and what a person main criteria in selecting a washing machine b. need to bend down -> this one is resolved by having a small stool where i sit and pick the clothes from the laundry basket and throw it in from what i heard, top load washer is better..at least to my common sense, top load wont leak...front load may leak if the cover is faulty? Wt_know Supersonic June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 yeah. my dryer is stacked up too. in addition to space saving, i find it cool Prefer front loading cos my dryer stacked on top of it.. No choice due to space constraint.

inlinesix Hypersonic June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 yeah. my dryer is stacked up too. in addition to space saving, i find it cool If dryer usage is low, u could also consider 2 in 1 washing machine. Save even more space.
Wt_know Supersonic June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 (edited) there is no way the 2-in-1 can do the dryer job. for the 2-in-1, the clothes are not "really" dry but remain damp and that defeat the purpose especially still need to hang them for the whole afternoon or overnight i like my dryer ..... no more fashion show of colourful undies and socks .... kekeke If dryer usage is low, u could also consider 2 in 1 washing machine. Save even more space. Edited June 17, 2009 by Wt_know
Jolie888 Clutched June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 I heard from a friend in the past .... that front loading washing machine cleans better. Is it true? Can anyone here feedback? Top load washing machine cleans better - due to tumbling (gravity) effect. Clothes in constant motion, tumbling over and over one another. Clothes won't get stuck to the circumference of the rotating bin, like a top-load would (due to centrifugal forces). No movement, how to be cleaner? Weihui Clutched June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 Front tilted loading is the most on-trend washing machine in Japan right now. You can find a couple of models in SG: Panasonic: http://www.panasonic.com.sg/web/Pid/860 Hitachi:
Weihui Clutched June 17, 2009 Share June 17, 2009 I heard from a friend in the past .... that front loading washing machine cleans better. Is it true? Can anyone here feedback? Front loading washing machine use much less water compared to top loading. And it won't cause your cloths to be tangled together upon finish washing; less crumpled/wrinkled. ↡ Advertisement
