Mine kana caught by me.

 

In jobs db or jobbstreet. When ever a candidate send in their resume. The hr gal would delete the resume and kept on saying zero respond but at the same time kept pushing for candidates which appears out of nowhere.

 

Ask my partner for the master account as she changed the password and i check under deleted resume...lo and behold. Aleast 15 to 18 resumes being deleted.

 

She deleted the resume but never clear the deleted folder

I always think it is good to give people a chance, but also must depends on what mistake the person made. Cause some mistakes really cannot give chance de. Lol.
