Depends leh, especially on company culture. Cant judge based on that. 

 

 

depends on the job scope of that person, company culture might allow individual to be different provided that there is no conflict.

 

Some superior has to take a stand when the conflict gets too big to handle, but then again if that individual contribute 50% of the sales then no one will touch him

I think he will do a good job. afterall got practice selling Lolex here already. He tried selling to a pool of very rich MCFers and succeed. so he should not have any trouble selling ice to eskimos.
