Santa Neutral Newbie June 10, 2009 Share June 10, 2009 Above formula does not represent anything. u can be at 30 yrs with a net worth of 180,000 - by applying the so called formula u are a wealth accumulator but does not mean you are financial independent. in modern volatile job market, being financial independent is more important. What is your worth?.... ask yourself..if you don't work from today, are you still getting the required income to enjoy that lifestyle you want ? Of course, there is no such thing as having to pay a housing loan lah!
