Servicing on sundays

My car (Honda city 4th gen, the previous model) right signal suddenly keep on blinking even when engine is off and the signal switch is at neutral.

 

Is there any place i can get a check and repair done on sundays or any place u guys recommend (on weekdays, have to try to get time off) ?

 

Preferably a place in the east (tampines will be best).

 

Any idea wat is wrong?

go to tampines st92 industrial estate there's 1 or 2 open but till early afternoon I think.
