Saw some of the acts on youtube, some are really good...

But i still tink Susan will win, her popularity is overwhelming. although i dont like her 2nd performance, she already went for makeover, then her singing not as good as the 1st performance.

I support Aiden all the way! I think he's absolutely awesome. And he's better than last year's winner, George Samson. Susan maybe I feel, a one-hit wonder?

Susan Boyle got second! Diversity won Britain's Got Talent 2009! It's not the Susan fairytale I hoped for, but it was slightly unsurprising. While her singing in the finals was as good as her audition singing (she sang I Dreamed A Dream again), it no longer had the surprise wow factor. This song should only have been her finals song, as the lyrics give the most impact on her rise from nobody story, which was a factor in garnering the amazing support she has.

Nevertheless, I think she would already have received recording contract offers and her first album should be a chart topper. People want to hear a greater variety of songs from her.

Kind of sad Susan did not make it the the top.

But I am pretty sure she will make much more money in the future than the winner (Diversity).

I think singers have much more commercial potential than dancing groups. Records can be sold around the world simultaneously and songs broadcast over radio. Dancers can only perform one show at a time and you won't find as many people going to a dance performance than buying a record. Nevertheless, Michael Flatley (Riverdance) still became a millionaire. So Susan Boyle will be the real financial winner. Even if she's a one hit wonder, I guess her first record will fetch her more than the 100,000 sterling Britain's Got Talent prize.

just managed to watch the entire show last evening...

boy oh boy... was it good.

personally, my fav is Hollie Steel.

given her nerve broke down in the semi just less than 24 hours

ago, she went up to the stage and sang beautifully.

BRAVO! [thumbsup]

i'm disappointed for Aidan Davis... not because his dance move

fail to amaze and entertain me but as what Simon mentioned after

his performance is that he only dance less than 24 hours ago

so there's less impact of it...

Shaun Smith and Susan Boyle, to me, made a mistake...

they sang the same song from the 1st audition.

no doubt it is still great... but it lacks wat the eventual winner

managed to bring on to the stage...

Diversity ! each of their stage performance is different.

and all of it were awesome! funny & creative!

[thumbsup] [thumbsup]

simply amazing!

now i will miss BGT... with EPL gone as well, there better be good racing in F1

susan boyle news... i feel for her

much as she deserved a Big break... she deserved a bigger break from the media & limelight

LONDON - SCOTLAND'S Susan Boyle, who became a global star when a clip of her singing was viewed 100 million times on YouTube, has been rushed to a health clinic suffering from exhaustion, reports said on Monday.

The Sun newspaper said the 48-year-old spinster - whose rendition of 'I Dreamed a Dream' from the musical Les Miserables brought her worldwide acclaim - was taken to the Priory clinic in London on Sunday.

On Saturday night, Boyle came second in the 'Britain's Got Talent' television competition that made her famous, despite being the favourite.

In the days leading up to the final, media reports suggested she was having trouble coping with the weight of expectations on her.

The television company behind the show on Sunday said Boyle had been advised to take time off after the result.

'Following Saturday night's show, Susan is exhausted and emotionally drained,' talkbackThames said in a statement.

'She has been seen by her private GP (doctor) who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery. We offer her our ongoing support and wish her a speedy recovery.' Police confirmed that a woman had been voluntarily taken to a clinic on Sunday after police were called to assess her under mental health legislation.

A spokesman for London's Scotland Yard police said: 'Police were called at approximately 6pm (1700 GMT, 1am Singapore time) to a central London hotel to doctors assessing a woman under the Mental Health Act.

'Police and ambulance attended. The woman was taken voluntarily by ambulance to a clinic. At the request of doctors, police accompanied the ambulance.'

Boyle had been under huge pressure to win 'Britain's Got Talent' on Saturday after her audition piece became a major hit on video-sharing website YouTube. However, after a public vote she lost out to a street dancing troupe, Diversity. -- AFP

My Number 1 goes to Shaheen Jafargholi.

I bet he will be big in coming years. Another MJ in the making. 12 years OLD what a powerful voice.....

See his first audition

He sing the same song at the final act too same as susan but his singing give me goosebump.

He's the only one kana stop by simon which ppl think its staged. But then Staged or not staged his voice cant deny.

I thought Flawless would win. They caught me in their audition. Of course Susan is great too. I also particularly like Julian Smith, but would preferred a different song for finals.
