everyday drink water run toilet the most.. :)

Finished the ultra but not a qualifier cos 45 minutes late, anyway this is my last long distance race. Then on just just running to keep fit, 21km at the most...zzz....

now just woke up..going back to Changi to get my car tonight.

 

Must better now..glad i preserved and completed it.

I have been participating in SCB since 2004. I have nvr drive myself home once. Either my wife pick me up or taxi. It is juz too tiring or painful.
