Sundown Marathon

Any MCFers doing the Sundown this weekend?

 

Whose running the Ultra at 84km?

 

I am doing only the "basic" 42km..

Marathon considered basic? You must be very good at running.

 

I will be going with my brother and another two of my friends. We will be running the marathon. I am a first timer when comes to the marathon. Target to run the whole distance within 6 hours or less.

No la..i meant its "basic" compared to the 84km.

 

I am targetting 6 hrs or less too.

Doing the 42 as well. Can meetup. Will be there with a couple of my friends.

The Sundown last year wasn't as well organised as i expected. But trust that they will improve this year.

ya...guess u can say its pretty siong....

 

sort of...i do long runs of at least 15km (or at least i try too) twice a week....n shorter runs in between

But my friend kinda backed out due to exams.
