Achtung 6th Gear May 25, 2009 Share May 25, 2009 Just curious, now that many of these PIs were hunted down and audited by CPIB and IRAS, and many of them have either wound up or eating free rice at Changi. Anyone have a car that has an under declared OMV and got it revised upwards? Do they give u cash or just a new log card print out? ↡ Advertisement
Ngdillon Neutral Newbie May 26, 2009 Share May 26, 2009 if i am not wrong... i think once the car is out and registered, it should not affect the driver... and even if it is under-declared, i think the buyer would have bought the car cheaper and hence i think there should be no reason why the dealer needs to pay to the buyer... but this is purely my guess here.. someone pls correct me if i am wrong... but there was this porcshe cayenne case where the owner imported the car himself and under-declare and in the kenna asked to pay a hefty fine... ↡ Advertisement
