Today along AMK Ave 3, I saw something like Quan Qi Dao's new location opening. It is in Blk 452, AMK 3. Chen JianBin is the MC there to do the official opening ceremony stuff. It is about 10mins (maybe 15mins if slow walk) from AMK MRT Station.

 

I hope this is the one you are looking for & wish that your mum be treated earlier.
