RE11 vs Neova AD08

Asked a shop on the above...and they mentioned that AD08 would not be coming in (YHI not brining in for the moment) for now because us its high price. But they have ordered RE11. Wondering if i shld give it a try as:

1) I am not AD07 which is quite good and heard AD08 is a notch or two better when compared.

2) Hv not tried Bridgestone Potenza series but got mixed reviews from CTR friends. Some said it is good while some say good but not great.

Any comments? Think should i wait or just get RE11...

Actually m expecting SGD250per rubber (which is still within my threshold if the tire really grip)...this is based on selling price of USD189 in States. And i check to see if i can import AD08 from Negun but plus shipping it is astonishingly high at SGD420 per rubber!!!

I was quoted in April RE11 S$250 per pce 205/50/16 by shop with Brothers word in it in Paya Ubi.

 

Said he had exstock and nobody else has it but running out fast.

 

You may want to check it out if you can stand his attitude.

was told by a friend who works in YHI , the ad08 will be reaching our shores around oct.y not wait awhile more if your tires can still tahan .i am sure the price will be much lower as compared to Negun.their prices are always ridiculously high anyway .

if u guys are going for re-11, make sure u got the 'real' model, that is bring in by the bridgestone distrubtor.

 

i heard some thing like the 1 from bridgestone distrubtor is different from those bring in by parallel importer.

 

( thing like right /left side driving and rubber compound for pure summer tyres like singapore)

 

any bro / sis got chance to compare . pls share with us the experience , or is there any different at all?

AD08 lots of places can get. Try Hurry Tyres @ Bukit Timah. I got one from them and its fantastic! The grip is phenomenal.
