It reduces the flex but not the braking distance. In my opinion, braking distance is largely due to a combination of good grippy tires and other brake components, brake pads (most significant in my opinion), brake rotors, brake fluid etc.

Agreed. Some ppl expect 'heaven and earth' diff by just cahnging to SSBH which their assumption is wrong. It is always the feel tat have diff.

Neutral Newbie

Time is running archlord money, out for my friend. While we are sitting at lunch she casually mentions she and her husband are thinking of starting a family. "We're taking a survey,"she says, half-joking. "Do you think I should have a baby?" "It will change your life," I say, carefully keeping my tone neutral. "I know,"she says, "no more sleeping in on weekends, no more spontaneous holidays archlord money..."

But that's not dog clothes, what I mean at all. I look at my friend, trying to decide what to tell her. I want her to know what she will never learn in childbirth classes. I want to tell her that the physical wounds of child bearing will heal, but becoming a mother will leave her with an emotional wound so raw that she will be vulnerable dog clothes forever.

I consider maple story mesos, warning her that she will never again read a newspaper without thinking: "What if that had been MY child?" That every plane crash, every house fire will haunt her. That when she sees pictures of starving children, she will wonder if anything could be worse than watching your child die. I look at her carefully manicured nails and stylish suit and think that no matter how sophisticated she is, becoming a mother will reduce her to the primitive level of a bear protecting her maple story mesos cub.

I feel I wow gold, should warn her that no matter how many years she has invested in her career, she will be professionally derailed by motherhood. She might arrange for child care, but one day she will be going into an important business meeting, and she will think her baby's sweet smell. She will have to use every ounce of discipline to keep from running home, just to make sure her child is wow gold all right.

I want my friend world of warcraft power leveling,to know that every decision will no longer be routine. That a five-year-old boy's desire to go to the men's room rather than the women's at a restaurant will become a major dilemma. The issues of independence and gender identity will be weighed against the prospect that a child molester may be lurking in the lavatory. However decisive she may be at the office, she will second-guess herself constantly as world of warcraft power leveling a mother.

Looking at my ,attractive friend, I want to assure her that eventually she will shed the added weight of pregnancy, but she will never feel the same about herself. That her own life, now so important, will be of less value to her once she has a child. She would give it up in a moment to save her offspring, but will also begin to hope for more years

my friend Golf changed his brake hose to steel ones and I feel the brakes are more responsive.

if I am not wrong, it costs him about $250? Forgotten.~

out of curiosity, can this stuff transferable to other car or different steel hoses for different cars?

It's a matter of different hose length. Connection is the same. But I find it overkill. Just bleed and change the brake fluid say every 30k km is good enough. Ppl say change to ssbh the feel very good but you never here ppl say change brake fluid also the feel very good. When they change to ssbh they also pour in fresh brake fluid. But in fact changing the fluid on a regular interval the feel is already very good.

On regular servicing mechanics just check the fluid level, if needed just top up but they dun bleed out the old fluid to change fresh ones. So after some time the brakes feel soggy, not becos of the hose but the brake fluid. By changing the fluid gives the brakes back the feel and respond.

okay.

but i think it will more or less help in the braking sensitivity?

at least the rubber hoses create bubbles (causing the lack) but the metal hoses will not?

hmmmmm..

I think we can hardly feel the difference. For me I drive like a sane person, each time I brake I dun have to stand on the brake pedal with 2 feet using all my strength to stop or slow down my car.

Each time I go bleed and change to a bottle of fresh brake fluid the brakes sensitivity feel like new. Dun believe me can go try. Labour charge around $20, brake fluid around $9. Won't cost an arm or leg to try it out.

Haha... at least it beats the $250 for the same effect.

Air bubbles definelty are not created by rubber hoses.Air bubbles are created either due to poor brake bleeding ( not using proper bleeding tool), left-over top-up brake fluid or presence of moisture which boil at much lower temp then brake fluid thereby creating bubbles.

Metal Hose ? they are basically hydraulic rubber hose with steel wire braided to reinforce/improve the rubber safe bursting pressure

Unfortunately, the stainless steel brake hoses are model specific.

Based on my understanding, it was not recommended to top up new brake fluid to the old one. Advisable to change the entire brake fluid and renew them once every 2 years.

There will be moisture found in the brake fluid over time, be it rubber hose or metal hose. This is due to the frequent start stop traffic conditions here in Singapore.

Then I kena scammed.

My previous ride, the mechanic always change the entire brake fluid for me every 10k km of servicing...

Could it be a case of poor installation/workmanship?

looks to me its more like poor manufacturing. Difficult to describe with words... anyway was very glad that i survived the NSHW after driving around 300km on a failed break with no accident at all..

We all learn and become wiser after that. I went through that stage as well. [wave]
