It I were you, i will do my weekly wash, then spray jeff on car 2 weeks once. If the dust/oil is annoying in between your wash, i will use anti-static QD with mf cloth or if got time hose down or wash.

If really too sianZ to wash yourself and go petrol kiosk to wash, then i will top jeff on immediately. Petrol kiosk got to wash the car fast and clean so if they use a mild car shampoo, they will have a hard time especially when most ppl go to them when their car is very dirty.. They possibly using mild de-greaser to wash which will take out most of your wax. A simple test is to rub your finger on your car after they wash and hear whether you got they clean metal squeaking sound. If yes, your car is very clean but unprotected.

Not really having clean metal squeaking sound mean unprotected(sealant or wax been washing away)..have u try using example mama lemon or dawn to wash your car after your favourite wax?? u will be surprise to see water bead and its still sheet..Yes..we use this detergent to have a clean and squeaking metal sound after polishes to apply LSP but they may not have ability to strip polishes even IPA will only give it a squeaking finishes unless they use Kerosence to wash then I have no say..Dun forget there are some detergent proof waxes out in the market..

I have seen how chemists test their product..

Apply sealant/wax and cure for 24hrs..

wash surface from mild detergent..

Test for sheeting/beading and a gloss meter to measure gloss..

wash with medium detergent

test again..

they repeat this using those detergent that you will not use..

Nice sharing there.. I think i should not make a bold statement like sqeaking sound means unprotected, but rather lesser protection. I have never try mama lemon before but only with APC. whats the differences in your opinion between the 2, as in which could be stronger? somehow whenever i wash with apc dilution, the rinsing water stop sheeting.
