I just stepped into NYP @ 8am and i was faced with temperature scanners, special walkways, and stickers to don.

 

It just brings me back to the SARS period. De javu man.

 

Sheesh!

 

I pray we won't die. I still want to live on seh! [gossip]

All educational institutions are doing the same...it is but a precaution....so let's endure it as it is for our benefit

Hahaha! I'm goint Mideaf for meeting this wednesday... with their already very strict security, I imagine it'll take me 1 hour just to get in...

My church also using temperature scanners...hahaha!

Be happy that u use a temperature scanner, in SP, we got to use thermometer and measure in the classroom....hear, NP oso using scanner and sticker, but this is always for our safety

precautionary measures and i can live with the inconvenience. yesterday i went nlb and they scan ic even. a bit intrusive but as i said, if s--t happens, at least they can track ppl down and contain the outbreak better.

I wonder if anyone's with me when it comes to these 'epidemics' and stuff.

 

I'm kinda sick of all the hype and the media already. I think if it's meant to be, you will go. No point fighting it.

the hype from the media is just to remind our lazy fellowmen to remember the danger out there. anyway i bought myself a small bottle of dettol handwash and kept inside my car. hehe.

SARS were deadly becoz few, infact no one knows of it. It took time to find cure.

H1N1 is still curable using regular medicine against seasonal flu. Most probably you will die due to over-reacting...

Although it may seems like over reacted, but if there is really a outbreak or few positive cases, everybody are more or less mentally prepared and has already got use to the system. Is just like SAF, drill and practise but no practical use, but it just need 1 incident for us to game over...
