Pisces69 6th Gear February 5, 2013 Share February 5, 2013 anybody encountered the fan still turning after engine is switched off? i understand it is to cool down the engine further. but this is the first time my car did it. n also, the day it happened, i noticed that my engine is super hot, hotter than usual. My old hyundai excel was like that. Off engine fan can still run. It connect direct to battery. Panhard 1st Gear February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 update on my overheating prob. culprit is the radiator fan. it came off from the motor. so i was driving ard with no radiator fan. now fixed back already. lucky wasnt anything serious. Hey bro. Same thing happen to my fan. Posted my thread about it a few months back. Make sure you put a spring washer. So the nut securing the fan don't come off. Stupid TTS didnt even change my fan when I sent in for servicing, even though my car 's chassis number is one of the affected. Lousy, going to bang table after CNY? Coolpica 4th Gear February 10, 2013 Share February 10, 2013 Well during the raining season switch on the wiper very noisey,During the 2nd servicing told the SC abt the problem, they did something to the wiper.Still the noisy sound did not go off.any of u'all have the same problem?? How to overcome this problem? will changing the wiper blades make any diff?? Pls share ur ideas. Had the same problem when I collected my car. Spent $68 at autobacs to do the wiindscreen spa. Loose Absorber screw/Ask SC install new screw 3. Aircon not cold, too cold emit foul smell/Change PW950619 Thermo Amp Assy 4. Burnt Fuse box and all Exo chassis no.18,139 below/install grounding cable sub harness front PW897319 5. track-tack noise/ change plunge solenoid rubber PW895223 6. Zing sound at 2-4k rpm/install washer on zinc screw panel above exhaust 7. flooded headlight/change new headlight set at SC 8. steering veering left/make alignment to initial (recommended...? SC always make not nice) 9. Clogged rear wiper spray/press and hold (because water tank from front to back is far, took longer time to reach) 10. cabin light burnt/change new 11. 3rd brake & rear chrome cover loose/ ask SC tighten the screw 12. Driver's door tight/ask SC tighten screw & grease up 13. smell of petrol fume after refueling/ask SC to apply silicon sealant at petrol tank hatch 14. engine head cover peeled/ask SC for repaint 15. water wiper tank cover detached/ask SC change new 16. Engine oil leak/ask SC tighten screw or change oil seal/new gasket 17. no anti-rust paint on undercarriage above spare tire/ask SC for anti-rust respray 18. Seat can fold but can't tumble/ask SC to adjust screw at 2nd row seat 19. eeoock sound at slow or fast (drive below 15kph with all windows open, AC off, radio off)/SC to change 1 set Rear trailing arm 20. sound during decelerating or juddering(?) during traffic jam when braking. also at red light, gear engaged, foot on brake but car still move bit by bit very slowly, clear sound/SC to change new drum brake with larger spring compare to existing 21. burnt smell when accelerate/possible caused by drip of anti-rust on to exhaust 22. driver's window vibrating at 50-60kph, when speed up, howling sound/SC to adjust door panel tighter to chassis 23. rear window heater can't be use/tint window installer's fault. change new hth.. Nasiroo25 Neutral Newbie February 20, 2013 Share February 20, 2013 Service Ctr usually c--k up but at least got warranty just experienced a service nightmare from TTS a day ago... now there is anew fella by the name of adrian and no more sam. my exora which is exactly a year old have been having problems with the BCM. having htis problem for almost past 10months, and finally the spare part arrived... that too i had to constantly call in to check. the bcm controls the remote key. after they changed now both the keys not working, totally, not even the red alarm button. just screwed that guy this morning and wasking wat are they doing there ? ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
