That said, no, this first sedan from porsche not worth

No doubt it's a very nice car, but a Porche should be 2 door, rotary engined, no less. Even a Porche with Auto Trans is a compromise.

prefer the 911 GT3, cayenne turbo, cayman and boxster much much more.

 

but it is after all still a Porsche.

Saw one being test driven today, looked fantastic. You can't miss it on the roads. And it's going to be rare unlike 7-series n s-class seen everywhere

 

But for me, the uber 4-door performance saloon is still the Maser QP

Don't think so. I1st was delivery over a month ago. Heard local AD sold most of their 1st shipment even before the model was launch in europe. Most are top of the range models.

of course, we all know Porsche to produce only sportscars, that is until the cayenne came out years ago and was received quite well.

 

the Panamera is Porsche's answer to the family man who need 4 doors and yet a sexy powerhouse.

 

a very nice 4 door.

 

cant compare a 4 dr car with its 2 dr sibling.... 2 dr will always be sexier

 

 

as for the price tag, $450k is not too much for a Porsche....

sure , why not.....

 

plenty of HDBs on the roads.

plenty of condos on the roads too for that matter

Hmm. Actually among the premium marques, porsche is the cheapest. "only" $250k (approx) can give you ownership to a bockster.
