Staff69 Hypersonic May 9, 2015 Share May 9, 2015 Staff69, He is in sales, how else can he show you his track record if he doesn't show you his purported sales and achievements? A better bet to determine if he is telling the truth is actually to conduct a reference check on his ex employers. A reference check would reveal a lot more information then what you can find out from the person during the interview. Bro thanks for the insights, So we can accept his sales data evidence as part of the consideration for the job . Will give his hr department a call once he is selected Thanks , have a good weekend ↡ Advertisement
Pinobii Hypersonic May 9, 2015 Share May 9, 2015 For sales position, one of the key guage is the ability to generate sales revenue for the company and a track record in this area is definitely the most basic thing to look out for
Sabian Turbocharged May 9, 2015 Share May 9, 2015 He has to demonstrate his ability to sell during the interview. Unfortunately, it will have to involve some numbers. If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of him divulging classified info when he's working for you, if you have another chance to interview, try ferreting for deeper info and you'll have your answer. I guess it's ok if he's only giving you info pertaining to his own performance.
