Any good websites to teach basic mandarin?

Just get a English to Chinese Electronic Talking Dictionary at popular bookstore or shop online for one.

talking about learning mandarin,

 

i'm interested in re-learning my mandarin. my current mandarin std is crap!! i need to brush up due to work requirements. Not that my work needs me to speak and write Mandarin fluently, but i do interact with PRC side though their English is good enough. It's good that i can converse comfortable in Mandarin, to establish better rapport.

 

someone told me to go to Chinese Chambers of Commerce to attend classes.

i think the best way is, always talk in mandarin with your PRC colleagues.

If anyone has any of such site, please do chip in. Definitely need to relearn Chinese!
