The accused was last seen going towards Tampines Avenue 2. Thanks for the tips... I was making a U-turn at the above junction when a car hit me from the rear. As it happened so quickly, I didn't have a chance to take note of the car, license plate, etc. After the completing the U-turn, the lights turned red and the car who rear-ended me stopped at the T-junction. Unless you can find a 3rd party witness who is willing to testify in court, then you got a case....but still a civil case, not criminal case, unless there's injury, or the other driver got no license, license suspended, etc. But if no license/suspended license, don't think insurance will cover him....so you also can't claim from his car insurance, got to claim from him directly, so another LL civil case.
