Almost daily from 5pm onwards for the past week, a white-ant is hidden behind some trees (hidden from drivers view) just a few steps from the taxi stand (facing Revenue House)~

 

Initially I thought he was just watching the traffic situation (lots of cars park illegally along-side the entrance to the tax-stand, causing a jam backwards towards Novena Church), but last Friday evening, he even had a video cam !!

 

It was pointed towards the taxi-stand area and was recording all the way !! (although I don't see any illegally-parked vehicles)

Mabbe he can issue summons based on video-evidence?
