Love Aikido! But too bad I missed my time. Tai Chi is relaxing and good, no point going into sparring. Heh... Miss my TKD time.

I heard the traditional Wu style is not easy to learn, Yang is more easy if I am not wrong, me still new to Tai Chi lah

Health wise did improve, as both of my knees are injured (ops back in 95/96), can only take up Tai Chi instead of Muay Tai. I did learn a bit Wu Shu and Karate back in school days but that was long ago [sweatdrop]
