Detion 1st Gear April 17, 2009 Share April 17, 2009 the department is definitely npark. all trees and other plant that is in public areas are under nparks. However, the contractor that cut trees might not be under nparks as they can be under any government agencies or private companies like PUB, Singapore Power, Power Gas, Singtel, m1, starhub and etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
