Yo bro, to make you feel better, I've seen all sorts of complaints,

  1. The sound of chairs screeching when dragged
  2. Those that go home real late like mid night and still make a din disturbing those who are sleeping
  3. Gates slam
  4. Walking with heels dig in so neighbors know exactly where their neighbor is at home
  5. Smoke with windows opened big big
  6. High rise littering
  7. External rubbish chute choke
  8. Big item rubbish not brought to disposal area

Some basic etiquette for those staying in HDB/Condo will be table/chair socks, wheels to prevent noise from disturbing your neighbors but that's not the case.

No wonder people snap these days. Which of the above is your neighbor? :XD:

Most of the above kena before lo. But usually the noise from my above unit are dragging things, throwing things on the floor, running and stomping of feet and even sneezing very loudly many times per day. Lol.

The sex part I'm not sure la but bathroom noise complaints like flush, drip, rumbling, etc come across a few times before.

Maybe buy some chair socks for your neighbor upstairs? Pity them la cos they no $$ to buy :XD:

Sometimes such poor anger management can happens to any age.

But seldom hear neighbour complain that the neighbour below them is making noise and disturbing them.

Some just have short wires....

But my parents place, there was one who was likely autistic ... probably early 60s or late 50s.... if still alive now.

Used to shout for his mum "Bu Ah, Ah Bu... " after his aged mum passed away...... initially when I was in my teens, I thought why someone sounded like an adult still shouting for mum quite regularly...... was really irritated by his shouting...

Then my parents told me about his situation.... then I started to understand his predicament.....

His main caretaker had departed...😞 and his 5yr old mind still thinking of his mum....

My coffee shop got one guy... 60s I think.

He is imo definitely having mental issues. He goes around bothering the coffee shop assistants and stall holders until they just tell him off. Also sometimes other customers too.

Problem is his looks, demeanor and speech just screams kiam pah face. And police already know him. It's a matter of time he will bother the wrong kind of people and get into serious trouble.

But nothing can be done till then 🤦‍♂️... that's life.

can imagine their families also lost... what to do? Who can 24/7 watch this kind of people?🤷‍♂️

Parents surely gone liao.. even alive so what?

Siblings how to control him? Say easy.

If he is married,  won't blame wife divorce him.

Mental degradation and brain diseases will be the biggest problem going forward. With people not marrying,  having zero or just 1 kid, the old social support network in reality doesn't exist anymore.

Even if nursing homes have space,  it's financially beyond many.

It's the biggest time bomb with no solution.

We maybe the same someday, just have to treat them as kids. Lie when possible. Just repeat old memories she love to listen, repeat a thousand time also ok.
