I gave up and did not continue with my polish.. ( its my very first time doing polishing and waxing but I have not done so yet) ... so I will see the difference after all the polishes.. I will try again this weekend with clay + polish + sealant... The other day, I went to speak to a guy about car grooming and when he touched my car surface, he said its rough,.... better to use machine to polish or better to use clay.. so I went to get a clay trying my best to DIY.. but seem like its really tedious and difficult to DIY... Bro, looks like you did not claybar correctly just like when I first started off. Go youtube and learn from the video . . . it helps. After claybar treatment, car's surface will be koot koot like baby's bottom . . .

Dreamzzlandz, Be patient ..and tht's all bout detailing. You will be more than happy and motivated Once u see the results. to make it simple. 1. Cut your Clay into 2-3 pieces . Keep save other un-used pieces and Use only one piece for your testing. 2. Since u oredi got the DG shampoo, use it as a lub. Mix into a sprayer bottle. Spray the panel first then start with straight motion (prefer no pressure or light pressure). 3. then Rinse tht panel with water, inspect the panel with the ciga plastic wrapper. 4. If smooth then carry on for other panel 5. Dry the car after your process (after rinsing) 6. Polish your car (what product u use)? or Is it Paint Cleaning stuff. 7. U shd see the results now after your polish 8. Sealant or wax. Is not difficult after u get used to it... just some sweats. Hope this help

Not much difference to me, in the end I did not waste time to clay the other parts of the car.. ( luckily I only cut out like 30% of the clay to use, because I use until dropped on the ground, and threw the piece away.. coz read that once it dropped onto the ground all the particles will get stuck onto the clay and will cause further damage) A bit disappointed with my first Duragloss product. :( but the sample ( shampoo) does smell nice.. like cherry. My experience quite different...used a turtle wax claybar. My ride has dirt that has not come off for YEARS. I try and take pics soon. All I can say for now is, there was dirt on a white coat of paint that even hard washing and gentle claybar-ing could not remove. I applied a bit more pressure than the usual...and the dirt started coming off!

Hi Stiener, I have not tried the aggressive yet but I believe should do the job..The surface can be cleaned easily by rinsing with shampoo and by looking at this..the clay block should be much durable then claybar..Some retailer is selling around $80 for this type of clay.. ↡ Advertisement
