Scs88 Neutral Newbie March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 Hi guys.. i felt compelled to share my thoughts today about cartimes.. had the most astonishing encounter with their sales personnel today.. this is what happened..i went to cartimes at AML, the luxury car branch.. Went to take a look at C200 avantgarde. Was given a pricelist by apparently a senior sales personnel. The price for 2007 Avantgarde was 1XX k, 2008 avantgarde was 1XX+ 10K. therefore i asked him : 'hi such a big difference betw 2007 and 2008, will there be any problems in future?' Manager: ' u go take a look at the brand new car behind u, is there any problem with it? its already a clearing stock price, already so cheap' seriously, i have nv seen such bad attitude and service. and he's a senior staff. After i heard what he said, i just walked out. I swear i will nv go into a cartimes showroom again. Up to now, i still cant believe he can talk to a potential customer with such attitude.. ↡ Advertisement

Chemz Clutched March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 such staff sia suay company only, i cannot be bothered with PI firms unless it's a direct recommendation by a friend. a lot of PI operators i know all feel they making a lot of money, so they can give the customer the take it or leave it attitude. i say screw them with their attitude, can always take my business elsewhere. Sunnycrowe Clutched March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 the answer seems ok, maybe its the tone of the voice that is annoying...

Vextan 1st Gear March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 honestly, i dont feel that his words are rude. maybe it is his tone is sacarstic ? which sales man worth his salt will want to turn off a potential customer...
Scs88 Neutral Newbie March 15, 2009 Author Share March 15, 2009 maybe i should clarify he was sitting down on a chair, i was standing up to ask him the question.. he just pointed to the car behind me and said: u go see the car there. and tell me if theres any problems with it the tone is really cannot make it
Vextan 1st Gear March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 then he sound and behave like quite yaya. you did the right thing by walking away. i think this type of sales man wont do well one la, likely he is resigning so he bo chup. if the boss see he will probably f him . Donut Supercharged March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 wat kind of clothes u were wearing? sales ppl see the appearance of customers as the perception of affordability, which obviously the wrong way to see customers......
Babyt 4th Gear March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 if i were the customer, i would expect him to give me a proper reply and not something made casually.
Felipe 3rd Gear March 15, 2009 Share March 15, 2009 maybe i should clarify he was sitting down on a chair, i was standing up to ask him the question.. he just pointed to the car behind me and said: u go see the car there. and tell me if theres any problems with it the tone is really cannot make it i would tell the salesman: why not you go see the car and tell me if there are problems with it? After all, you sell the car and should know better. If i can tell there are problems, then i don't need to ask u in the first place. you're not stupid right? I AM totally appalled and flabbergasted at this slip-up at the airport checkpoint.
