Camry, Accord, Teana which is more Luxurious?

I spoke to some workshop mechanics before and they feedback that both Toyota & Nissan make reliable cars. Look at the number of old cars from these 2 brands still driving well on the road.

 

But why I choose Teana over Camry is the great improvement in the design & styling of new Nissan cars. i feel Nissan had gone a long way since their older days design of sunny & celfiro.

u can have 10-speed cvts and cvts will still be bloody boring.

 

the CVT in the Odyssey is definitely comparable to the Teana's. But it's just so mehh...

I personally feel that the CVT in the ody is better than the Teana's. More torque convertor like.

Exactly, have been driving Accord for past 4 months. So far, the drive is good with 5 speed. Pick up & overtaking are great . It is quiet & spacious. No doubt it is the most popular mid size sedan for individual in U.S.

yes exactly.

It may just have a normal 5 speed auto Gearbox. But it's the willingness and speed of the gearbox to drop gears that compensate for the lack of power (compared to a turbo engine).

 

Of course u won't get the refinement of the CVT but i rather have the car accelerate hard when i want it rather than just a gradual acceleration.

 

But i await the 6 speed auto Camry. Will test drive that when it comes.

Eventually, we could see the result. Any more argument and good reason(s) from you that Teana is, in fact, more luxurious than the other two models. If one is unable to understand the fact that pooling result is somehow justifiable to some extents than self-proclaimed car experts, I've no more word for this conclusion. The result might hurt to those Honda lovers and Camry manias, but we could not ignore nor marginalise " THE REALITY", no way. It has to be proven and justifiable somewhat, it is called LIVING PROOF.

Yes, you're right. Why feel so insecure? I driving Nissan Sylphy now and I always tell people my car is good. If people says Honda or Toyota better, to me it is alright as that is their car not mine.

Exactly. Spend 100k, most importantly must feel happy and enjoy driving it. Why care about what other people think, also not their car. Sometimes maybe they jealous.

Sanlynn, think u mistaken what pat3g is trying to say.

Pat3g is a teana owner. In one of his previous post, he mention accord is selling $30k more than teana in sg, the difference is only $1.5k in msia. His conclusion is teana more value for $.
