For those who mentioned about wacking up those dirt bags.. better think twice.. singapore police don't condone public taking the law to themselves... if police come and see that dirtbag injure, they will charge you for assault.

how i know?

Cos my good buddy got whacked by a drunk bugger then he retaliated, police gave him a stern warning that they can and probably will charge him for assault.

When I ask them, do you mean ppl whack me, i stand there let them whack until police come? their reply is epic

theoretically yes. you either stand there to get whack or run away to the nearest police station.

it depends on how gd ur lawyer is...most likely the dpp wont prosecute u if u have witness that u acted in self defence....ur lawyer shld be able to get the charges dismissed if he's worth his salt.....aggro drunk vs vigilante...

I think buy this better for your child or belongings [laugh] I dun work for the company though btw [:p]

Anti-lost alarm

This may work if the child just went astray (lost), but is not the target of abductors. Otherwise the "cuff" may be found on the floor by frantic parent, but the child is no longer in sight.

A leash/tether is a physical link between child & parent and it ensure that toddler cannot move too far away from parent.

As soon as child is old enough parent must teach him/her to be wary of stranger (even the friendly, kind, smiling ones) and to be street smart and not fall prey to doctor-look-alike who lures him/her away to quiet place to molest.

As for whacking the suspect, you may be beating up the wrong person. Actual abductor may have passed child to accomplice by the time parent realise child is missing & start searching.

Anyway prevention is better than cure.

then when you run to them

they say the cant do anything since it is non-seizable offence......need to lodge a magistrate complain before they can act.......am i right?
