It's more like you go to the specialist, he finds out it ain't cancer after examination and instead of charging you just the examination costs, he also charges you 50% of the treatment cost. Whether contentious or not, it's going to be the same lawyer right?

 

 

the moment you walk in to a specialist you should prepare to pay a higher fee, the tests is not going to be cheap whether the result is positive or negative.  Same the moment he look for a lawyer with experience on contest case, he should also be prepared to pay for a higher fee whether the case need to be contested or not, cos more preparation work need to be done.

In additional his service is super lousy. There is no meet up and no explanation given. After few emails of complaint, he left my case with a intern who has made so many mistakes.

Because you broke that you signed another contact

for uncontested and you want to break that too?

Better think twice about signing any contacts in future.
