Walk in scheme is from 1st to 10th of every month, tender for stalls is from 13th of the month onwards. You can check the notice board at NEA customer service level 2 at 40 scotts road for the list of stalls to tender.

if the location is hot, i doubt you can find a unit for rent. those listed are usually not so good locations. usually.

 

So your best bet is to ask agents to look out for openings or check the papers. or ask the stalls with less biz whether they are keen to give up up for you.
