They think they have nothing to lose by doing some but lost face is a big issue to them and will cause them many sleepless nights. No doubt the hyundai is clearly at fault but this is still a one sided video... akin to Stomp... who knows what the WRX did? Been doing that since the days with the Starlet. If there are few traffic, I go in blazing at 90 and by the time I get out, it is around 75-80. No brakes, only throttle control and gearing. With CNG, I cannot afford to lose speed. The torque of this fuel is damn lousy. I got resort to petrol for more power some times. Anyway, there is no need to pull ahead of him. I know the area. Tourdefrance Neutral Newbie February 13, 2009 Share February 13, 2009 (edited) This sort of driving behaviour is creating so much unnesessary risk to the general road users. We also don't know what happened before the clip. However, from the clip, it is clear that the following had ocurred:- 1. The behind car (it is unclear what car was it and lets called it Rex ) shifted from lane 3 to middle lane while the Hyundai was at lane 1. Perhaps Hyundai was also intending to switch to lane 2 and the Rex did it first and the hydundai was no happy and he chut high beam. It appears to be the starter of flame. 2. Along the stretch of expressway, Rex was all the while on lane 1 while the hyundai was apparently upset and swing like a monkey from lane 3 to lane 1, to and fro, like he was in a circus and attempted the first time but without success in cutting the lane of the Rex. I sweat for a few bikes while watching. 3. At the second attempt, hydundai managed to cut infront the Rex but it was clear that the cut was done very sharply and close with about a car's lane. (you can agar agar see from the side camera footage). All this while the Rex was travelling straight on lane 1. 4. The most glaring incident was the bend, which deserves to be a segment in the new Fast & Furious (Part 4, if any). But before the bend, i.e. the exist, the Hydundai crossed almost horizontally from lane 1 and lane 3 in a scoop. While on inner lane of the bend, the Hyundai dashed into the Rex's outer lane followed by a brake. Again, it was a close shave. 5. He did that a 2nd times when the Rex attempted to go outer lane while they were negotiating the bend. 6. The last scene was the Rex picking up on clear road and he said 'bye bye'. With the number plate published, I think the Hyundai driver will be very busy on the road these few days. We will never know the truth behind what really happened. Look at Stomp where recently, a preggie alleged that a woman refused to give up her seat and even cursed her and her unborn child... when that was posted, there was a flood of condemnation against the woman.
