Neutral Newbie

He's getting big money for his job. Cant perform. Sorry bye bye. Players are not happy with his training method already. So too bad for 'Big' Phil

nowadays fans and owners demand immediate results, but little do they realise that building a team needs time..even if you have unlimited money at your disposal..

His style does not suit Chelsea very much. In fact any clubs aiming for a season long battle for the title. Too samba.

If you're playing in a tournament with at most 7 games .... you can be a winner playing nothing but attacking football, score and score and score.

That's what happened to Brazil.

But defensively, can a team go without a strong defence in a season long football?

That's what happening now. Meet a team that plays defensively, that's it. Chelsea has been caught off-guard too many times.

he is not up to it. and it seems to me scolari had been clueless at times. deserved to go. club and international football are a different game altogether.

At one stage it appears he was doing fine...for the first 11-12 games, they conceded only 3 goals and were by far having the best goal difference..things start to fall apart early Nov onwards...since then, the form is appalling..drop a total of 16 pts at home this season so far..Stamford Bridge was a fortress for last few yrs..even under Grant and Ranieri, they were getting more points at home than Scolari did...Iam not surprised to see him go but who can they install now? can't think of anyone ever since Hiddink distanced himself for the job..

Its seem that EPL managers have no say in who to buy and who to sell......... [sweatdrop]

Had seen so many this season...... R Benitez against Rick Perry, Scolari against chief-executive Peter Kenyon , Keegan against Dennis Wise ......... etc..

Why can't the chief-executive keep their mouth [lipsrsealed][lipsrsealed]
