Yesterday went JB Southern City Giant,saw at a Farmasi double pack Centrum Vitamins at rm 138.80,=$58.56

 

I got the double pack at Guardian at $79.90(100 pills each btl)

 

Jus 4get to see the JB one how many pills,if 100 pills one, then bang balls ahhhhhhhhhhhh [smallcry] [smallcry] [smallcry]

most of the times drugs are much cheaper there. There is a prescribed eye drop that i always use.

In Msia, cost 7.60 RM

But you can't buy much bcoz it has expiry date.

for most people with normal diet, there is absolutely no need for supplement vitamins

 

in fact those water soluble vitamins taken orally would be excreted by the kidneys if they are already sufficient in body

 

while the fat soluble vitamins are similarly not stored

 

 

the vitamins aggressive advertisement is more of a sales pitch

 

 

let me try to explain if you buy vitamin C from pharmacy it will cost about 5-10cents per tablet but the hospitals get it for 0.00X cents each

 

panadol another example at Watson or 7 - 11 you pay alot for each tablet but the actual retail cost is less than 0.000X per tablet

 

 

if you dont believe, go ask your pharmacy and doctor friends

i used to eat mm-vits but realised but of its are passed out in the urine. it makes the urine very fake yellow.

 

the only supplment im taking now is fish oil. it does improve my trigylceride. for those who wants to lower their cholestrol, can try Hypocol. my fren took it and his liver enzamy and bad cholestrol have all dropped alot....dunno how true but i wanna buy the offer 3 for 99$ pack no more stock.

I also had some liver eynzyme high in my blood test. Doc says I got fatty liver, have have to control my diet with more excercise.. Think I may try the Hypocol, thanks.
