Babyt 4th Gear February 1, 2009 Share February 1, 2009 i used to eat mm-vits but realised but of its are passed out in the urine. it makes the urine very fake yellow. the only supplment im taking now is fish oil. it does improve my trigylceride. for those who wants to lower their cholestrol, can try Hypocol. my fren took it and his liver enzamy and bad cholestrol have all dropped alot....dunno how true but i wanna buy the offer 3 for 99$ pack no more stock. I also had some liver eynzyme high in my blood test. Doc says I got fatty liver, have have to control my diet with more excercise..
