In other countries (like US), no sign means can do.

 

In sg, no sign means cannot do.

 

Here everything needs explicit permission.

yup it's extracted from there. The key words are road intersection, road junction or opening in a road divider.

...just heard from news that they are putting up cameras to catch illegal U-turn.
