May I know is it before or after Boarders?

 

Traffic there in the evening is bad, esp near the Ion (near Orchard MRT) as there are many trucks and pickups parked there even though it is double yellow line, for those cars turning right to hit Scotts Rd. Sometimes I even see the Cisco vehicle parked there. Wonder why TP never issue them summon.

 

I pass by that road everyday. Situation getting worse by the day, esp between 6.30pm to 8pm.

 

 

The notice just mentioned Orchard Boulevard Road > Grange Road. The rest would be up to our imagination .

This is the overhead bridge after Borders towards Four Seasons Hotel. The copper is usually at the right end-corner, shielded by the tree branches - not in the centre as per what we expect. Just kena $160 plus 6 pts as I had to accelerate when exiting from the carpark behind Hilton.

Tks for the reminder. I've been taking that road home every evening. Even though at that time of the day, traffice tend to be heavy, still, >50kh/hr is possible.

After borders, at the Four Seasons Park/BLVD overhead bridge. I was coming down Paterson Road quickly, trail braking into the left turn cos got no pedestrians at zebra crossing, already revving engine quite high wanted to chiong the uphill stretch after Borders. Then I looked up and saw the b*stard on the bridge looking at me. I let go of accelerator immediately and just cruised. Engine slowed down to a whimper and the auto transmission upshifted into higher gear.

That day I saw the TP hiding behind one of the pillar on the overhead bridge with the speed camera .... *sweat*

This morning along AYE towards Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim (opp Stamford Tyre) overhead bridge I saw one big white umbrella and one small red umbrella....got one chap standing there...dun look like TP...but dunno what is it...think I saw tripod too...didn't take chances....kept my speed to 90kmh.

I think i will feel like a moron driving at 50 there... recently my neighbour just got her fine there too.. 130 and 4 demerit points. Not after kena 2 warnings.

 

So beware.. 2 warnings used up. 3rd offence.. Pay and pay already.

 

Not only moron. Think some motorist will be cursing and swearing at us if we drive at that speed. Worst, some blur F may just bang into the back of our car because at that speed it is surprisingly slow.
