Hammerhammer 1st Gear January 8, 2009 Share January 8, 2009 Also the rear number plate. RX is those one row type like the front number plate whereas Harrier is two row rectangle type like most of our ride. ↡ Advertisement
Califonia Neutral Newbie January 9, 2009 Share January 9, 2009 Bro, I think the biggest giveaway that sets the Harrier apart from the RX is the absence of a centre differential. Squat down behind the car and you can easily see this in the RX (since its rather high). i know someone who was obsessed in 'converting' his Harrier to a RX (i think he's got evey cosmetic details changed). Now, he is converting it to a RX400h (which he indented a new grille, front bumper and new emblems). And guess what? the 2010 new RX350 will have totally new platform! so i suggest he better save all the $$$ for a true Lexus. Anyway, i believe he is more of an interest than show-off as the amount of money spent could easily buy him a relatively new RX now.

(there are one or two in singapore according to the lexus forum).

Maybe if they are earning illegal $$, want to enjoy yet not dare to let others know.... . In those cases, they would not want the mechanic or you to know anyway. Intx Neutral Newbie March 8, 2009 Share March 8, 2009 Yes, i have been contemplating to buy the RX300 or Harrier AIRS initially. But calculating that price differences and I dont really care about the branding, i bought the Harrier AIRS as it has more feature with cameras, dvd, monitor display and also I loved the comfort of the Air suspension. In the long run, you will find better service with Borneo Motor lexus as they do provide good service (I had the LS430). And they are more willing to provide the spare parts when its backordered. But however I am still waiting for the latest RX to hit our shores and perhaps change it.

Wanted to know if it is a reliable car and what is the fc like? what is the diff btw rx300 and rx350 apart from the engine size? IS the servicing expensive? Unitek 1st Gear December 15, 2010 Share December 15, 2010 i can say this is my most reliable car i ever had. basic wear and tear sure have, most service can be done outside. But BM does provide very good service for lexus car. 300 is a fuel guzzler! i do something like 6-7km/l!!! so, go for the 350, heard it has better FC. Hi pple Anyone is a driver of the rx300?
