Switching to Other Phone Service provider

I need the per second billing that's why I have been sticking to starhub all the while.

 

Since M1 also offer per sec billing and free incoming call this days...I am more keen to switch to M1 now

if handphone, dont bother..coz u can have more channel when u have iphone..haha
