On closer inspection, it looks like the direction is wrong. Isn't that so dangerous?? Instead of cutting water, it may go over it and aquaplane. Doesnt the tyre shop where that was installed check?? What kind of tyre shop would risk the life of the occupants in the car?? Guess noone should take it for granted that all tyre shop will do a good job. anyway, I remember on a previous post here where a car had an accident, someone mentioned the tyres were pointing the wrong direction. If this car were to skid and crash, will it be the fault of the driver? Hmm........ WHEN did you changed your tyre? just few days ago/or few months back did you go to any workshop for any servicing? could be the workshop screwup the tyre rotation. if just changed 1-2 days too bad the tyre shop did a no good job may be can go back to them and switch to right rotation. ↡ Advertisement
Mlyeu Neutral Newbie January 7, 2009 Share January 7, 2009 Must be done by a trainee who only knows a tire is just a tire... what direction? :) Happen to me once. No big deal, either put the wheels in the right direction yourself or bring it back for them to re-do it. I did it myself and never went back to the shop again.
