Neutral Newbie

Proposed by SE for i30 basic at $54599 with rims , solar, and back sensors. Leather seats at 850. OK?

I travel 40+km a day to and fro on expressways. Will this be a good one?

Insurnance is killing me too [furious]

How does a Honda Jazz compare with Hyundai i30 ?

Any comments ?

Price? Honda Jazz is 70+k for the basic model and I30 is 50+K for the top of the range model.

Steering? Jazz steering is very light and I30 gives you more 'feel'.

Fuel Consumption? Jazz 17km/l is much better than I30 12km/l.

Brand? Japan vs Korea. Nuff said.

Basically you have to drive both of them to know the differences, too many to list them out.

Hi,

Am newbiew here. Am considering for i30 or i30cw.

When going thru few threads, saw some postings that says i30 is actually rather overprice when launched which resulted in less i30 on road(not sure is it still true to now).. If this is true, maybe i shld consider avante instead.

Hence wld appreciaet someone can kindly enlighten me here...

The reason y people say they are overpriced is because i30 and Avante share the same engine. i30 is not as overpriced already compare to when it was 1st launched. The interior of i30 is supposed to target ppl who would be buying golf, or conti hatchbacks.

Simple, u sit inside Avante and sit inside i30 and go for test drive.

If you personally cannot feel anything better about the i30, u buy i30 also is liao lui right ? [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

All these are not overpriced now, especially when compared to the Japs.

hahaha side track abit.... now i realised how useful a sunroof is to disipate the heat.... after parking in a sun for a long time, i just have to wind down the windows, open the sunroof and turn on the aircon to full blast.... it just takes like 2-3 min for the heat to be dispelled. [thumbsup]
