Anybody knows whether Cisco traffic warden is armed with a digital camera or video camera with tripod set up to catch bus lane offenders?

Today i kinda cut a bit of bus lane just after the bus turns out of the bus lane but then its close to the dotted line that allows drivers to stay on that lane for a left turn. Saw the white figure immediate after i went to the bus lane but he did not snap me...didn't even turn his back and look at my plate no. after i past him. So now im wondering whether that piece of on top of this stylo tripod is a video cam or a digital camera.

Used to be a Digicam when used to drive along Hougang Ave 3 towards Jalan Eunos in the past. Switched to Sims Ave after KPE opened and recently noticed they have been using videocam. Today there were even 2 wardens 500m apart!! (1 before ERP gantry and 1 after).

Not good... but anyway if i kena, i definitely appeal for waiver of offence. If its video taped then i request for a tape review then. It doesn't really make sense to have a bus lane along that stretch of road. Its like dotted bus lane( For vehicles to enter the main road) then "bus stop" then dotted bus lane(For vehicles turning left to small road) again on a ever busy road during peak hour. Its at the main junction of kallang MRT leading towards KPE/Geylang. The best part, some bus routes require them to make a extreme right lane change with a super big yellow junction. That is why..its always jammed up during peak hours.
