does the justice system here really side towards the rich?

it's like most of the time we heard big cars bully small car but we seldom heard small car bully big car altough it happen occasionally. But it is rare. So the universal logic applies :)

our govt is best in digging up stuff...if they are serious to bring him to justice, I dun think it will be just a receipt they could find..Iam not insuinating anything but have this impression they are just going through the motions..anyone rem Ong su yin? somehow this woman did not even get haul up for anything but the rest like Mathilda did..

In Singapore, don't ever be the first one to get caught in a crime which looks bad to the gahmen or an organization which has big implication... They sure kill one show 100 one...

In the first place wonder why durai get slapped with such light charges for the magnitude of his offence whereas Ming Yi's charges are so much more severe. Then serve a symbolic jail term and come out can make 20K a month again elsewhere. One wonders on wat justification do they based the charges on.

Ask yourself this question..did TT REALLY committed any offence just becos they dig up some sort of misleading invoice for a contractor's $20K services to was not supposed to be?...and did his pocket money (salary) [laugh] for nothing?

You do not know what goes on in the back after the peanuts are scattered all over the floor!...Shhhhhhh.... [laugh]

THE founder and former chief executive officer of Ren Ci Hospital and his former personal executive will go on trial in April.

Goh Kah Heng alias Shi Ming Yi, 46, a high-profile Buddhist monk, and Raymond Yeung Chi Hang, 33, will be jointly tried in a district court from April 2 to 24.

the defence is applying for the trial to transfer from subordinate court to high court as the judge presiding the case at subordinate court used to the person overseeing this case at the CAD..until this is being heard, dun think there will be any further updates to this case...

Mainly becos Durai's pay & bonuses are approved by the board.
