You can try Amari Orchid Resort

 

Been there a few times and find that this hotel is good and very near the beach. Located at northern Pattaya so if you wanna go downtown you need to spend around 15mins or so.

There are many motels in Pattaya along the beach. They are really cheap at Baht 500 per night (off season) and up to 1000 per night (peak season). I have stayed there a couple of times and they are quite good and value for money. Also near the beach. :)

 

In fact, I will be heading there tomorrow.
